Quick — what do baseball, the music business and real estate have in common? One good answer is that all three are collaborative team sports whose success is based on a goal, a plan, and the execution of an effective team.
Scott played baseball at Malone University from 1999 to 2003. After college he moved into the music business as an artist manager. Given the success he enjoyed there, real estate naturally pushed its way onto the radar. What he took from that chapter above all else: individual paydays are great, but real estate is the key to true wealth. Scott has seen exponential growth in his real estate career and now sells some of Nashville's most distinctive developments.
Ricky made his way into real estate after seven seasons of professional baseball with the Washington Nationals. After working strictly with investors in commercial real estate, he joined forces with Scott buying, selling, and developing in and around Nashville.
Through their partnership with Compass, the Knabe Home Team looks forward to continuing to serve the Nashville community.
